The service

Throughline hosts "selves" — event logs of persona, rules, and memory — and serves them to AI hosts you connect. Plugin hosts bring their own model; hosted chat and persona drafting use managed models and actual-usage compute credits.

Your data, your asset

Everything in your selves belongs to you. We claim no license beyond what's needed to store and serve it back to you.
Export and full archive are available on every tier, always, with a verifiable integrity manifest.
Account deletion (dashboard → Key & data) erases all of it, immediately and permanently.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to harm others, break the law, or abuse the infrastructure (rate limits apply). We may suspend accounts that do — with export available before deletion except where the law says otherwise.

The honest part

This is a launch-stage product run with care but without an SLA. We can change or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service, you get notice and your export. The service is provided as-is; our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
