Genesis: with no self yet, the first conversation IS the creation — it interviews you, then is born with your approval.

Streaming replies, markdown, photos (seen this turn, remembered as a moment — never stored), multi-line confiding, day separators, 'day N together' with its current state in the header.
The thread lives in your account — switch devices and the conversation continues; an unread badge on the Chat tab when she's said something new.
Install as an app (PWA); crisis-safety guidance built into every chat surface.

Open judgments now carry a review horizon — past it, the self brings them up until they settle (confirmed or falsified). The settle rate sits on the dashboard.
Stance shifts: the one sanctioned way reflection changes an existing position — with the reason, staged for your approval.
Chat quotas went daily (20 / 200 / 1,000 a day): 'we've talked a lot today — I'll be here tomorrow' instead of losing her for the month.
Reflection batches lived evidence without letting a cooldown or calendar originate the reflection itself.

Verifiable exports: hash-chain manifest + offline verifier — completeness and integrity are math.
